Keeping track of your order is easy and convenient through the My Account page. Just login to your account for quick access to your order history and status. If your order is marked as "Received" it has been received but not yet shipped. If it is marked as "Processed/Shipped" then it has been submitted to our shipping department and will go out within 1 business day. You will also receive an e-mail to confirm that it's been shipped.Please note: Some items can be delayed due to short supply or backorders. If your order has been in "Received" mode for more than 5 business days, that is usually the case 99% of the time. It will be updated to "Processed/Shipped" when the item goes out. You will also receive an e-mail to confirm.

After it's shipped, you should expect to receive your package within 2-3 days. Please let us know if you haven't received your order yet. We have tracking on all packages so we can tell you exactly where it is at any time. International Orders are shipped USPS First Class Regular Mail. Some countries take less than 10 days, others take up to 4 weeks. We don't have a way to track them, but it's very rare that orders actually get lost. In some cases, they just get stuck in customs and are delayed. If you have concerns, please let us know. We can also upgrade to Express Mail. It costs $20 more, but it is faster and it does provide tracking. |
