U.S. Shipping:
All U.S. orders are shipped using USPS Priority Mail, which starts at $5.50 and includes order tracking already built into the cost. You will receive a confirmation e-mail when your order has been sent, and after that, you should expect to receive your order within 2-3 days. If you haven't received your package 4 days after we sent your shipment notification, please contact us so we can check the order tracking and see where it is.
International Shipping:
We offer international shipping to anywhere in the world using USPS International (First Class Regular), starting at just $8. Some customers receive their order in less than 10 days, others can take up to 4 weeks. Customs and screening usually cause most of the delay. Unfortunately we don't have order tracking on international shipping, but if you'd like to upgrade, you can get Express Mail, which is much faster and does include order tracking. If you have trouble completing your order to an international country, please contact us and we can help process the order.
Returns:
Due to health regulations, we cannot accept returns if the items have been used, worn, or washed and/or if the tags have been removed. If the item has not been worn and all tags are still attached, we can provide a store credit within 2 weeks of the order. Please contact us to make arrangements.
We also recommend checking the size of items before ordering. Most items listed in our store include a sizing chart. A 35" waist might be considered a Medium with most designers, but may also be a Large with others. For best results, we recommend double checking the measurements of each item before you order.
